Topic: "The Digital Workforce of the Future"

Technology, in its broadest form has evolved the workplace in the past 150 years or so. But, changes in digital and automation technologies in recent decades are reshaping the workplace at speeds and scale not seen before.

According to McKinsey Global Institute (2017), some 50% of the world economy, or 1.2 billion employees and $14.6 trillion in wages will be impacted by the adoption of current automation technologies over the next 20 years.

The 2020 Innovate@UCLA Spring Breakfast Event will explore what technology executives and professionals alike must do to align and benefit from the coming Digital Workforce of the Future.

Our featured Private Equity and industry speakers will cover topics ranging from the reinvention of the CIO and their organizations towards a ‘Digital Value’ orientation, case studies of intelligent automation at work, what ‘born-digital’ companies are doing intuitively; and how the audience can digitally upskill themselves for new opportunities.

Featured Speakers

  • Thomas Fountain, Operating Partner, One Rock Capital Partners

  • Gene Chao, General Manager & Global Innovation Executive, IBM
